Salty Hippo Studio is teaming up with Darr Fitness for a FREE Salty Sweaty Flexibility Workout

They say the cure for anything is salt water (sweat, tears, or the sea), so while we figure out a way to be beachside at some point this summer, we think the best alternative is a workout! Get your sweat on with us as we join Travis of Darr Fitness for a low-impact, high-gratification flexibility session for all fitness levels.

Yoga mats will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing. Must be 18+. Space is limited to 10.
