Salty Hippo Studio is hosting a fun workout event this July so, in the spirit of giving our muscles a stretch, here’s a beginner-level project that you can try with our fat quarters.
Using pattern, rice or beans, and half of a fat quarter (great opportunity to make a second one for a friend!), I made a microwavable heating pad that is perfect post-workout. If you use rice as a filler, you can even add essential oils for maximum chill!Share
